Mercatus has geographical support coverage in Norway, Scotland and Chile. We have been supporting a global set of users for many years with this structure.
Mercatus is using a web based bug tracking system where all the support activity are logged, also issues coming in from users due to regular telephone support or support issues generated automatically by our error logs in some of our applications.

All e-mails to this address will be automatically converted into cases in our bug tracking system and will be assigned to Mercatus management for categorization and prioritization. The user will get a case number which follows the case until it is resolved by our team.
